Recruitment, Training, Retention Coordinator

This position involves duties regarding the CASA Program’s recruitment, training and retention of volunteer advocates. Facilitation of training classes will be primary responsibility in addition to efforts regarding recruitment and retention. As time allows, there will also be some work in support of the new advocates’ casework.

Clerical work is included. Computer skills necessary.

Specific duties to be discussed at the interview.


1) High School Diploma, BA preferred.

2) Excellent organizational skills, skilled in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Tracking Systems.

3) Excellent communication, customer service skills and excellent writing skills.
